Our company are capable of meeting up with the fabrication requirement as we have enough employees including 3G-6GR welders, safety managment operators, as well as adequate engineers for commissioning and assembling. Siying Marine have built two production bases for manufacturing Modules located both in Tongshun and Nanyang. Tongshun production base on-site land occupies an area of is 81,000 m2 and possesses a loading and unloading port in 350 meters, along with Material Cutting and Preparation Workshop、One Blasting、One Painting Shop, etc. which devotes its advantages focus on the fabrication of the modules within 1500T.

Nanyang production base is well performed with one Cross - Pretreatment Plant, two Cross CNC Workshops, one Cross - Painting Workshops and dockyard. Outdoor large - scale steel structure manufacturing space has occupied 300,0000 square meters and storage workshop under its land spare 12,000 square meters. The steel structure monthly capacity is 8000tons. The average steel structure capacity can be performed its fabrication and operation competition around 80,000~ 100,000 tons yearly .
Additionally, the company has built two workshops as per pipe workshop and outfitting workshop of which the both is occupied totally at 15000m2 with rich equipment and facilities. The Workshop Daily KPI Per Schedule / (DI) is 2800DI.
It takes 13 minutes by driving car with distance 9.6 km from Keppel Nantong to Siying Nantong, 15 minutes by car with distance 5.3 km to Tongshun production base, and 35 minutes by car with distance 28 km to Nanyang production base.
